After a lunar month from releasing our beta of ojuba 3 we are proud to announce the release of our third release.

This release is code named “arrebat” which means standing firm before enemies. We supplicate to God it won't disappoint our user base keeping up what we have accomplished.

This release comes in two forms:

a live media used as LiveDVD or LiveUSB
an installation DVD media which can be used to upgrade from previous releases.

The installation DVD contains packages and serves as a repo for offline installation of packages. it's stuffed of many packages like

this release is based on Fedora 11 and it has fedora's features like

Fast boot
ext4
fingerprint login
Palimpsest Partition editor using DeviceKit
delta rpm enabled by default

ojuba 3 is based on an updated fedora which makes it very robust and stable. We have added some patches like

support of ext4 in grub and make it default in anaconda
enhance auto login in GDM
a patch to make forbid gdm from overriding keyboard layout options

graphical bool

add media repo for offline installation

السلام عليكم في البداية شكر كبير للجهد الرائع و أدامكم الله للأمة شكر ثاني على البرامج الخاصة(محول الصيغ و السواقة الوهمية) فهي رائعة و مهمة لدي سؤال حول الOffline Repository حيث لم أتمكن من تشغيله و بالتالي لم أتمكن من تثبيت KDE و أنا أعتبرها أساسية حيث تظهر رسالة “لا يوجد وسيط صالح” كما حاولت بالطريقة العادية في فيدورا المشروحة هنا http://www.labtestproject.com/using_linux/step_by_step_how_to_enable_install_software_package_from_fedora_11_dvd.html لعدم وجود ملف الmetadata (ملف من نوع xml) مع الشكر

بعد تنفيذه قم بالبحث عن مجموعة حزم باسم desktop-kde في إضافة وإزالة أو قم بتحديث yumex وتثبيت المجموعة kde-desktop

شكراً للجهود الكبيرة الذي يقدمة في هذا موقع لدي نظام تشغيل وندوز xp وقمت بتحميل ojuba-3-Live ولدي برنامج liveusb-creato وفلاش ممري usb - FAT وتباع خطوات تنصيب من برنامج Liveusb حتى اكتمال الشريط الاخضر—— لكن لم يتم الاقلاع من اليواس بي usp حتى بعد ضبط اعدادات البايوس الاقلاع من usp عند اعادة التشغيل يتوقف الجهاز بشاشة سوداء ومساحة 4G usp مازالة فارغة اريد مساعدة من أهل الخبرة

Dear Sir; Would you Help me Download OOUJOBA Distribution Arabic template is it full support or not what I mean by full support is that setup & operation is fully Arabic supported second is it possible to add any template for other language by adding only translation Kernel for that language.
